We inform that we don't accept any kind of returns or exchanges except:
- products damaged by transport.
- the products sent do not correspond to the order.
In these cases, please contact us directly at email@example.com with due evidence of the event in question (products damaged in transport - photo; products sent different from those ordered - email). We respond as soon as possible in these situations.
The customer must report the loss, damage or delay in delivery of the object, within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the object or the date on which it should have been delivered.
In any other case, we do not accept returns as they are cosmetic products that come into direct contact with the skin. For this reason, we always promote the safety of the end consumer and cannot accept returns.
